Ms. Douglass is a Senior Associate in the Ares Public Markets IR and Corporate Communications Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Ms. Douglass was the Manager of Marketing and Communications at AEA Investors, a global private investment firm, where she helped build and lead the firm's marketing and communications program and supported all aspects of investor relations and business development. Ms. Douglass holds a B.A. from Southern Methodist University in Public Relations and Strategic Communications.
