Ms. Frizzell is a Vice President in the Ares Compliance Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2019, Ms. Frizzell was a Manager on the US Business Tax and Global Information Tax teams at Deloitte Tax LLP, where she focused on US tax structuring and compliance for large multi-national corporations including compliance and on-going due diligence related to the FATCA and CRS tax regimes. Ms. Frizzell holds a B.S. in Accountancy, a B.S. in Business Management, and a B.S. in Fashion Design and Technology from Purdue University. Ms. Frizzell holds a CPA license in the state of Indiana.
