Carl Wong

Mr. Wong is a Principal in the Ares Technology and Information Security Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Mr. Wong was a Director at SSG Group, where he focused on managing SSG's IT infrastructure, cyber security and end user support. Previously, Mr. Wong was an IT Manager at Nezu Asia Capital Management, where he led the Technology Department. In addition, Mr. Wong was an IT Support Analyst at Och Ziff Capital Management, where he focused on managing end user support for the firm's Asia region. Mr. Wong holds a B.Sc. from the University of Strathclyde in Computer Science. In addition, Mr. Wong holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification.
