Mr. Kelly is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. diversified real estate equity debt capital markets. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, he was a Vice President at BlackRock, where he structured, managed and closed real estate debt investments across BlackRock's various U.S. funds and separately managed accounts. Previously, Mr. Kelly was an Assistant Vice President at Hudson Advisors (Lone Star Funds), where he focused on debt capital markets. In addition, Mr. Kelly was an Analyst at CIBC, where he focused on underwriting balance sheet and CMBS loans. Mr. Kelly holds a B.A. from the University of Limerick in Law and Accounting, and an M.B.A. from the Gabelli School of Business in Finance. Mr. Kelly is an attorney and a member of the New York State Bar.
