Mr. Murray is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Development in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Murray was a Managing Director of Development with Black Creek Group. Previously, he served as a Vice President of the Industrial Portfolio at Matrix Development Group, where he was responsible for asset management, leasing and development. In addition, Mr. Murray was a Senior Development Manager with Panattoni Development, where he oversaw large brownfield development projects in New Jersey as well as projects in the New York and Pennsylvania markets. Mr. Murray is a board member of the Hamilton Partnership and a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Murray holds a B.Sc. from Boston University in Business Administration and Management.
