Ms. Parsley is a Principal in the Ares Investment Operations Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Ms. Parsley was a Strategic Initiatives Lead in Wholesale Lending Services at J.P. Morgan Europe Ltd, where she focused on driving automation, process improvement and identifying strategic goals for Agency, Secondary Trading and Credit Middle Office teams in EMEA/APAC. Previously, Ms. Parsley was a Loan Agency Operations Manager at U.S. Bank, where she focused on the creation and daily management of a third party facility and security agent business. Ms. Parsley holds a B.A. (Hons) from University College London in Ancient History.
