Ms. Gordon is a Principal in the Ares Corporate Strategy Group, where she focuses on firm operation strategy. Prior to joining Ares in 2019, Ms. Gordon was a Principal at Bank of New York Mellon, where she was a program manager working on the build out of a new middle office platform within the Investor Servicing team. Previously, Ms. Gordon was a Senior Manager at Baringa Partners, where she focused on process improvement and operational excellences projects for various clients. In addition, Ms. Gordon was a Vice President at JP Morgan Asset Management, where she focused on operational risk and financial planning and analysis. Ms. Gordon began her career as a Senior Manager at EY, where she focused on process improvement and operational excellences projects for various clients. Ms. Gordon holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of the West of England in Mathematics and Accounting.
