Mr. Koussa is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on European real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Mr. Koussa was an Associate on the Real Estate Team at Rothschild & Co., where he focused on a range of mergers, acquisitions and financing related transactions. Mr. Koussa holds a First Class B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Warwick in International Business with a concentration in Spanish and an M.Fin. from the University of Cambridge.
