Sara Terry

Ms. Terry is a Principal in the Ares Human Resources Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Ms. Terry was a Senior Vice President at Citi, where she was responsible for learning and development for Citi Private Bank. During her time at Citi, she was also Head of Junior Talent Development for North America, as well as the Learning Relationship Manager for the corporate and investment banking and the global markets groups. Previously, she was a Business Partner on the Human Resources team at BlackRock, where she focused on talent management, learning and development. She serves on the Board of Directors for Methodist Family Center Preschool and OPUS for Person to Person in Darien, CT. Ms. Terry holds a B.A., cum laude, with honors, from Hamilton College in Psychology.
