Ms. Yoshida is a Principal and Associate General Counsel (Secondaries) in the Ares Legal Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, she was Counsel at Landmark Partners, where she focused on fund offerings and formation, including related governance and regulatory matters. Previously, Ms. Yoshida was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she focused on private equity fund formation as well as secondary investment activities. Ms. Yoshida serves as a member of the Carnegie Hall Notables Steering Committee. Ms. Yoshida holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in Political Science and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School.
