Stephanie Rousset

Ms. Rousset is a Managing Director in the Ares Global Client Solutions Group, where she leads the team focused on institutional relationship management in France, Benelux, and Southern Europe. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Ms. Rousset was the Head of Client Group, Continental Europe at AXA IM Alts, where she was responsible for capital raising with European institutions. Previously, Ms. Rousset was an Equity Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley and ABN Amro. Ms. Rousset holds a B.S. from the University of Paris Dauphine in Economics and Finance and an M.Sc. from Sciences Po Paris in Finance.
