Adam Berns

Mr. Berns is a Partner in Ares Digital Infrastructure. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, he was the Chief Investment Officer at GLP Capital Partners Limited and was involved in its entry and expansion across the U.S. and Europe, and its privatization in 2018. Previously, he worked in the Real Estate Group at Och-Ziff Capital Management and Blackstone. Mr. Berns holds a B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
