Alex Cowley

Mr. Cowley is a Managing Director in Ares Insurance Solutions. Prior to joining Ares in 2017, Mr. Cowley was a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank in debt capital markets, where he focused on innovative capital structures and related capital raising activities. Previously, Mr. Cowley was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers within its Insurance Solutions Group, providing innovative solutions to the insurance industry. In addition, he was a Senior Vice President at GenRe. Mr. Cowley holds a B.Sc. from City, University of London in Actuarial Science. Mr. Cowley is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
