Mr. Ragin is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. multifamily real estate equity asset management. Prior to joining Ares in 2013, Mr. Ragin was a Senior Vice President at AREA Property Partners, where he focused on multi-family asset management. Previously, Mr. Ragin was a Vice President at Creekstone Management, where he focused on supervising a property management portfolio that consisted of both multi-family and commercial investments. Additionally, Mr. Ragin was Senior Director of Real Estate at Greystar, where he focused on development and operation of multi-family property management services, and was a Senior Asset Manager at US Advisors, LLC. Mr. Ragin holds a B.S. from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, in Business Administration. Mr. Ragin holds a Real Estate Broker license in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, and is also a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
