Mr. DeLana is a Principal for the Ares Net Lease strategy, which focuses on net lease related investments that span the Ares Alternative Credit Group and Ares Real Estate platforms. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. DeLana was Vice President of International Investments at Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O), where he opened the company's London office and focused on European real estate transactions. Previously, Mr. DeLana was an Associate Vice President for Realty Income's U.S. Acquisitions Team and also held positions within the company's portfolio management, property management, and research teams. Mr. DeLana holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California in Public Policy, Management and Planning. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
