Mr. Seliner is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Seliner was an Acquisitions Associate at Black Creek Group, where he focused on the sourcing and development of industrial properties for multiple institutional and retail investment funds. Previously, he also worked at CBRE Capital Markets as a Senior Financial Analyst, where he was responsible for underwriting and disposition of various institutional investment properties across the office, industrial and retail asset classes. In addition, Mr. Seliner worked in the aerospace and defense industry for Raytheon Company and as the owner of a spare parts business that focused on supplies for the U.S. Military. He holds a B.A. from Pepperdine University in Economics.
