Mr. Lange is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity portfolio management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager at Black Creek Group, where he helped oversee the development and execution of business strategy and overall portfolio management for Black Creek Industrial REIT IV, an investment platform sponsored by Black Creek. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at Verde Realty, where he was responsible for the corporate finance and valuation functions of a private REIT. In addition, he served as an Associate at Wells Fargo, where he originated and underwrote commercial real estate debt. Mr. Lange was also an Associate Director at General Electric Company and was a Manager of Due Diligence for Equity Office Properties Trusts. Mr. Lange holds a B.S. from Indiana University in Finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business.
