Mr. Pawlowski is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Pawlowski was a Director in the Global Occupier Services Group at Cushman & Wakefield, where he oversaw project management, procurement, innovation and sustainability. Previously, Mr. Pawlowski was a Vice President at Black Creek Group, where he focused on construction management. In addition, Mr. Pawlowski was a Vice President and Account Director at JLL. Mr. Pawlowski holds a B.A. from Rutgers University in Economics. Mr. Pawlowski is a LEED Accredited Professional.
