Carl Lemke, Jr.

Mr. Lemke is a Partner and Head of Tax Structuring, Real Assets & Private Equity in the Ares Legal Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2015, Mr. Lemke was a Vice President at Energy Investors Funds, where he focused on tax. Previously, he was a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Lemke holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University with a concentration in Accounting.
