Mr. Kerezsi is a Managing Director and General Counsel (Private Equity) in the Ares Legal Department. Prior to re-joining Ares in 2018, he was a Senior Counsel with Loeb & Loeb LLP. From November 2010 to March 2014, Mr. Kerezsi was a Vice President and Associate General Counsel in the Ares Direct Lending Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2010, Mr. Kerezsi was an Associate with Proskauer Rose LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets and general corporate and securities law matters. Mr. Kerezsi holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from Babson College in Economics and a J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law, where he was elected to The Order of the Coif.
