Ms. Kemp is a Managing Director in the Ares Commercial Finance Operations Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Ms. Kemp was a Vice President and Collateral Analyst Team Leader in Asset Based Lending for Truist Bank, where she focused on onboarding new clients, managing client relationships with various departments and mitigating collateral risk. Previously, Ms. Kemp was an Assistant Vice President and Account Manager for Regions Business Capital. In Addition, Ms. Kemp was the Vice President of Finance for Able Tool Rental and Main Event Party Rental, where she managed all accounting functions. Ms. Kemp began her career as an Assistant Vice President and Collateral Operations Manager for Bank of America's Asset Based Lending Group. Ms. Kemp holds a BBA from Georgia State University in Accounting.
