Mr. Pagnam is a Managing Director in the Ares Secondaries Group, where he focuses on real estate secondaries. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Principal in the acquisitions group at Equity Resource Investments, where he was a member of the investment committee and was responsible for structuring, underwriting and negotiating equity investments across asset classes. Previously, Mr. Pagnam was a Portfolio Manager at Boston Capital, where he focused on a nationally syndicated tax credit portfolio. In addition, Mr. Pagnam was a Senior Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates, where he advised institutional clients on investment and asset allocation decisions. Mr. Pagnam holds a B.A. from Connecticut College in History.
