Mr. Hopkins is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate development and construction management. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. Hopkins was the Vice President of Development for ModWash, an express tunnel car wash start-up, where he was responsible for a development program capable of supporting unit growth. Previously, he was an Executive Director at RaceTrac Petroleum, where he focused on convenience store portfolio growth in the auto and high flow diesel channels in the Southeastern United States. Mr. Hopkins holds a B.Sc. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Civil Engineering. Mr. Hopkins is a Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia.
