Ms. Adams is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where she focuses on U.S. diversified real estate equity asset management. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Ms. Adams was a Vice President in Finance at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where she focused on standing up a risk management function that emphasized contractual risk transfer management and insurance solutions spanning from P&C to Cyber, including alternative financing strategies. In addition, she was responsible for loss prevention, risk engineering and claim management. Previously, Ms. Adams was a Senior Manager at Tapestry, where she focused on insurance programs, loss prevention and claim management for property, casualty and management line risks. In addition, Ms. Adams was a Vice President at JP Morgan, where she focused on property and casualty claims, along with insurance placement. Ms. Adams holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia in Risk Management and Insurance.
