Mr. Konialian is a Principal in the Ares Investor Relations Group, where he focuses on private equity product management and investor relations. Prior to joining Ares in 2019, Mr. Konialian was an Assistant Vice President and Product Specialist in the U.S. Private Debt Group at Oaktree Capital Management, where he performed product and investor relations work for the Distressed Debt Group. Previously, Mr. Konialian was an Analyst in the Portfolio Analysis and Reporting Group at Oaktree Capital, where he focused on closed-end strategies. Mr. Konialian holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in Economics and an M.B.A., with honors, from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in Investment Management.
