Mr. Reilly is a Partner and Co-Head of Ares Insurance Solutions. Mr. Reilly oversees insurance focused strategic initiatives for Ares and serves as Chairman of Aspida Holdings, Ares indirect life and annuity subsidiary. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Ares Insurance Solutions Investment Committee. Prior to his current role, Mr. Reilly served as Head of Ares Business Development Group and Co-Head of Ares European Credit Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2011, Mr. Reilly was Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Indicus Advisors, a leading alternative asset management firm focused on European leveraged finance and global structured credit. Previously, Mr. Reilly worked at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan International, where he focused on insurance-related investment banking as well as originating structured credit products and other alternative investments. Mr. Reilly was with Aon Corporation from 1991 to 1999 focusing on insurance-related mergers and acquisitions, asset management and capital market initiatives. Mr. Reilly received an A.B. in Economics and History from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
