Mr. Hayase is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Hayase was a Senior Vice President, Market Officer for the South East region at Black Creek Group, where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of prospective industrial investments across the South East Region, which includes Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida. Previously, he served as an Associate Vice President for Eola Capital, a private real estate investment firm. In addition, Mr. Hayase served as an Associate with Prologis (NYSE: PLD), a global leader in logistics real estate. Mr. Hayase is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He holds a B.Sc. from the University of Denver in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
