Evan Baum

Mr. Baum is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. diversified real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2018, Mr. Baum was a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Allianz Real Estate, where he focused on analyzing joint venture and fund investments. Previously, Mr. Baum was an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on analyzing real estate mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Mr. Baum holds a B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in Commerce.
