Mr. He is a Partner in Ares Asia. Mr. He is primarily responsible for the firm's investments in the Greater China region. Mr. He serves on the Ares APAC Private Equity Group's Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2010, Mr. He was an Associate Director at CDIB Capital. Previously, he was an Associate at The Carlyle Group's Asia Buyout team based in Hong Kong. Mr. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bear Stearns in both New York and Hong Kong. Mr. He serves on the boards of directors of Bazhong Yike and Sichuan Gangtong Medical Equipment. Mr. He holds a B.B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration in Finance and an Executive M.B.A. from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
