Mr. Boehm is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Managing Director, Market Officer at Black Creek Group, where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of all industrial investments in the Western region of the United States. Previously, he was Director of Acquisitions and Development and a Financial Analyst at Watson Land Company. In addition, he worked at Deutsche Bank Real Estate (RREEF) serving as Regional Asset Manager for the pension fund advisor. He began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for the Klabin Company, where he covered the greater Los Angeles region, specifically the markets near the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. Mr. Boehm is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Mr. Boehm holds a B.Sc. from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine in Finance.
