Holly Sze

Ms. Sze is a Principal in the Ares Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Ms. Sze was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, where she advised telecommunications, technology, and consumer goods companies in Southeast Asia and Greater China. Previously, Ms. Sze was a Strategy and Operations Lead at Google Cloud, where she focused on North Asia. Ms. Sze holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago in Political Science.
