Ms. Wong is a Managing Director in the Ares Investment Operations Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Ms. Wong was an Executive Director, Operations at SSG Group, where she worked closely with the COO in developing and implementing operating policies and ensuring that investment activities were in compliance with internal policies, tax, environmental and regulatory requirements as well as overseeing the operational process of the Partnership Funds. Previously, Ms. Wong was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong for the Finance Division, where she focused on financial reporting for the Hong Kong business, including supporting the Asia Special Situation Group and internal restructuring. In addition, Ms. Wong was an [Executive] at Macquarie Group in Sydney on the Finance Team under the Property Investment Banking Division, where she focused on financial and management reporting. Ms. Wong began her career in the Audit Division at Andersen Partnership. Ms. Wong holds a B. Com. from the University of New South Wales in Finance and Accounting. Ms. Wong is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ).
