Mr. Osorio is a Managing Director in the Human Resources Department. Additionally, Mr. Osorio serves on the Ares Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Osorio was the Country Head of Human Resources at Citi Singapore, where he was responsible for the planning and execution of the overall country human resources strategy and governance. Previously, Mr. Osorio was the Country Head of Human Resources at Citi in the Philippines. In addition, Mr. Osorio was the Head of Human Resources for Citi's Consumer Bank and Country Head of Talent in Singapore, Head of the HR Business Partners Team for Citi's Consumer Bank in Spain, Senior Human Resources Project Manager at Citi's EMEA Consumer Bank and a Human Resources Management Associate at Citi U.S. He began his career at Citibank in Peru where he held several roles including Human Resources Project Manager, Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Compensation and Benefits. Mr. Osorio holds a B.S. from Universidad de Lima in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Navarra IESE Business School, Madrid.
