Mr. Koerwer is a Principal in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on U.S. direct lending. Prior to joining Ares in 2014, Mr. Koerwer was an Analyst in the Alternative Asset Group at Citigroup, where he focused on investment banking. Mr. Koerwer holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia in Systems Engineering.
