Kate Jenkins

Ms. Jenkins is a Managing Director and Head of Talent Acquisition in the Ares Human Resources Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Ms. Jenkins was the Global Head of Investments and Client Businesses Recruiting at BlackRock. Previously, Ms. Jenkins was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, where she oversaw global recruitment for investment management. In addition, she held various recruiting leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and Oak Hill Capital Management. Ms. Jenkins began her career in Human Resources at Penguin Putnam Publishing. She currently serves on the Board of Helpusadopt.org. Ms. Jenkins holds a B.A. from Gettysburg College in Sociology and Art History.
