Ms. Regan is a Partner in the Ares Secondaries Group, where she focuses on private equity secondaries. She also serves as a member of the Ares Secondaries Group's Private Equity Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, she was a Partner in the Landmark Partners Private Equity Group and is a member of the private equity investment committee, where she was engaged in the underwriting, negotiation and execution of Landmark's private equity investments. While at Landmark, Ms. Regan had an active role in the evaluation and investment recommendations for Landmark's private equity secondary funds spanning 2002 to the present. Ms. Regan also led the Quantitative Research Group's LIVE Program and focuses on a number of internal projects aimed at best practices and information management. She currently serves as an Independent Board Member for the Women's Association of Venture and Equity (WAVE). Ms. Regan holds a B.A. from Villanova University in Economics and an M.B.A. from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
