Ms. Radmore is a Vice President in the Ares Investor Relations Group, where she focuses on secondaries product management and investor relations. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Ms. Radmore was a Marketing Manager in the Investor Relations and Business Development Group at Landmark Partners, where she focused on leading the execution of proprietary events, media relations, and managing industry conference sponsorships and speaking engagements. Previously, Ms. Radmore was Assistant to the Dean of Faculty and the Associate Head of School at The Loomis Chaffee School. In addition, she was the Director of Program Operations and Special Projects at The Cobb School Montessori in Simsbury, Connecticut. Ms. Radmore began her career at American Express in the Corporate Services Division leading the RFP team in Canada as part of the Business Strategy and Communications Group, and later as a Communications Manager in New York City. Ms. Radmore holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
