Ms. Huber is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where she focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity asset management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Ms. Huber was a Senior Vice President on the Asset Management Team at Black Creek Group, where she oversaw leasing and operations for the Northeast industrial portfolio. Previously, Ms. Huber was a Vice President at Northwood Investors, where she focused on asset management of office properties. In addition, she was a Senior Leasing Manager at Prologis and a Vice President at KTR Capital Partners, where she handled leasing of industrial properties in the New Jersey market. Ms. Huber began her career with Broadway Partners, where she was an Acquisitions Associate and focused on office property acquisitions. Ms. Huber holds a B.S. from Bucknell University in Business Administration.
