Ms. Sohmer is a Partner in the Ares Human Resources Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2018, Lauren was the Senior HR Business Partner for Cerberus Capital Management in the United States. Previously, Lauren was an Executive Director in Asset & Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan, where she held leadership roles in HR and Talent Development. Lauren holds a B.S. from Ohio State University in Business Administration.
