Mr. Hayes is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on European real estate equity portfolio management. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Mr. Hayes was an Associate Director at InfraRed Capital Partners, where he focused on digital transformation and oversaw the regular fund and property level accounting and reporting. Mr. Hayes is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
