Mr. McClatchy is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. McClatchy was a Managing Director and Market Officer at Black Creek Group, where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of prospective industrial investments across the firm's South Central region. Previously, Mr. McClatchy was a Vice President at KTR Capital Partners, where he led investment initiatives across the state of Texas. He serves on the Board of Directors of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. McClatchy holds a B.B.A. from Baylor University in Finance and International Business.
