Mr. Pathak is a Vice President in Ares Asia, where he focuses on credit. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. Pathak was a Vice President at SSG Group, where he focused on executing special situation investments and asset management activities in India. Previously, Mr. Pathak was an Associate at Goldman Sachs in Singapore and Nomura Holdings in London, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance transactions. Mr. Pathak holds a B.Eng. from Delhi College of Engineering and an M.B.A. from INSEAD (Singapore, France).
