Mr. Foley is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. diversified real estate equity due diligence and dispositions. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Foley was a Vice President for Environmental Due Diligence and Development Services Practice Leader at Black Creek Group, where he focused on advising the Acquisition, Development and Asset Management Teams on environmental issues which could potentially affect project risk, cost and schedule. Previously, he worked at WSP USA Inc. as a Project Manager for Brownfield Redevelopment, Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), and Underground Storage Tank projects. Mr. Foley holds a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering. Mr. Foley is a New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP).
