Mr. Edmondson is a Partner in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Edmondson was a Managing Director, Market Officer for the North Central region at Black Creek Group, where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of prospective industrial investments across the North Central region, which includes Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President - Partner at KTR Capital Partners, where he oversaw a large industrial portfolio and led the disposition efforts in the North Central region. In addition, Mr. Edmondson was Vice President at International Airport Centers in Chicago, an industrial real estate investment firm and Regional Development Officer at First Industrial Realty Trust, where he held a variety of roles within the Portfolio Management, Asset Management and Development Teams. Mr. Edmondson holds a B.Sc. from Eastern Illinois University in Finance.
