Matt Cooke

Mr. Cooke is a Vice President, Internal Communications in the Ares Public Markets IR and Corporate Communications Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. Cooke was a Vice President at Santander US, where he led communications strategy for business divisions including Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Consumer Banking, Small Business Banking and functional support groups. Previously, Mr. Cooke was a Manager of Communications Strategy for the full-service retirement investments business at Prudential Financial. In addition, he was an Internal Communications Specialist at The Hartford Financial Services Group. Mr. Cooke holds a B.A. from the University of Hartford in Communication.
