Mr. Brandwein is a Managing Director and Head of Talent Operations in the Ares Human Resources Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Brandwein was a Vice President at XPO Logistics, a global supply chain and transportation company, where he led workforce analytics and the program management office. Previously, he worked with Moody's Corporation, where he was responsible for running the Human Resources Project Management Office (HR PMO) and recruiting operations. In addition, he worked at Deloitte as a Manager in their risk management consulting practice, focusing on transformation and as a Vice President at News Corp, where he focused on human resources transformation. Mr. Brandwein holds a B.A. from Boston University in Economics. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
