Mr. Jill is a Partner and General Counsel (Private Funds & Secondaries) in the Ares Legal Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2014, Mr. Jill was an Associate in the Corporate Group of Proskauer Rose LLP, where he focused on private investment funds. He holds a B.S. from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law.
