Mr. Saindon is a Managing Director (Tax Structuring) in the Ares Legal Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Director in Landmark Partners' Operations Group, where he focused on providing accounting, tax, and fund administration support for both the private equity and real estate groups and oversaw the accounting and reporting for select Landmark investment funds. Previously, Mr. Saindon was a Senior Tax Manager with Deloitte Tax LLP. In addition, Mr. Saindon was an Accounting and Tax Manager at Lague & Company, PC. Mr. Saindon holds a B.S., magna cum laude, from Babson College in Business Management and an M.S., magna cum laude, from Babson College's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in Accounting. Mr. Saindon holds a CPA license.
