Ms. Barrett is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where she focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity asset management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, she was a Vice President at Black Creek Group, where she focused on managing all leasing, operational and administrative phases of the South-Central Industrial portfolio. Previously, Mrs. Barrett was a Senior Property Manager at Tomlinson-Leis Corporation, where she focused on the management of office product. Mrs. Barrett holds an M.B.A. from Texas A&M University-Commerce in Business. Mrs. Barrett holds a Registered Professional Accountant Designation (RPA) with Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
