Mr. Roth is a Partner in Ares Infrastructure Opportunities. He is a member of the Ares Infrastructure Group's Infrastructure Opportunities Investment Committee and Climate Infrastructure Partners Investment Committee. Mr. Roth currently serves on the Board of Directors of Underline and DSD. Mr. Roth previously served on the Board of Directors of SoftBank Energy, Heelstone, Navisun, Gotham Greens, Wunder, and Swell. Prior to joining Ares in 2011, Mr. Roth was an Assistant Vice President at EIG Global Energy Partners, where he focused on evaluating, structuring and executing mezzanine debt and structured equity transactions in the power generation sector. Mr. Roth began his career at JPMorgan, where he focused on managing a portfolio of high yield credit securities with a specialization in real estate. Mr. Roth holds a B.S. from Cornell University in Applied Economics and Management.
